How can i get skinny quick!?

146 lbs
i need to lose weight sometime in august.
HELP.
i dont have a treadmill, bike, or any excersize machines.
and i dont want my parents to notice im on a diet.
i really need to lose weight.
i want to be around 105 or 110 lbs.

Good nutrition and exercise!! NO STARVATION DIETS, though, That will only slow down your metabolism! Develop healthy habits...like cutting out snacking...and perhaps you try this method I've learned a while ago when I was in college:

3,500 calories = 1 pound
*Take the desired weight that you would LIKE to be. Then add a zero to that number...That final number is the amount of calories per day that you will need to intake and NOT exceed to get to your desired weight. For example:
If you are 130lbs., and you want to weigh 115lbs., add a
zero-->1,150 calories a day you should consume. Also, DON'T eat over 25 grams of fat a day...Drink eight glasses of water a day to flush out your system. Stick to a low-carb, low-fat, low-sugar diet...Eat LOTS of protein too, for energy!
NOW EXERCISE:
Start by doing cardio exercises to get that heart rate up and boost your metabolism. A good fast-paced walk or jog three times per week is a great way to accomplish this.

Below is a sample workout that can be done to help give your metabolism a quick boost so you can burn calories.
1.) Perform 30 seconds of hard exercise (i.e. run in place as fast as you can)
2.) Perform 60 seconds of moderate exercise (i.e. a casual jog or brisk walk).
3.) Repeat this process 5-10 times.
4.) Cool down for 3-5 minutes
