Question: Fastest way to loose weight
im overweight and i gained like 5 pounds over the summer!. schools in a month and i wanna loose more then the 5 pounds!. i wanna loose about 50-70 pounds over a good amount of time!. im 5'7 and 200 pounds!. really top heavy and if i loose weight will i loose weight in my chest!? im a 38GWww@Answer-Health@Com

Why dont you join one of the fitness centre and take up the professional training programs!. It is expensive but if you are serious about losing weight its the best option!. The trainers motivate you, have expert knowledge and can advise you on the diet n exercises!. They have one-to-one sessions and you are bound to follow it esp coz you have invested so much money!.

I think you mean LOSE weight, not LOOSE weight!. LOOSE is the opposite of TIGHT!. (If your shoelaces aren't tight, they are probably LOOSE!.)
