What food/s is high in protein and carbs but has a very less amount of fat?

What food/s is high in protein and carbs but has a very less amount of fat? I'm starting to work out...and definitely i don't need fat i just need protein and carbs...


Answers:

Tuna is high in protein. Potatoes are high in carbs...the only thing that makes them have fat is the stuff that you put on them (sour cream, butter, cheese, bacon, etc.).
