Answers:
Theres a large amount of motivational tips out there, but i think people are missing the point!.

Losing weight is not about dieting (diets are just unhealthy and anoying)!.

Its about excercising!. And excercising can be great if you do it right ~ do it at your own tempo, your own type!. Maybe jogging, maybe bicycling!? Maybe team sports!? Or maybe even walking from place to place in your everyday life!.

Its all very effective, and more than that, very healthy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I see some good things and some bad things in the answers that are above!. First Dieting is bad, a diet generally means a short term nutrition change and can be dangerous if administered incorrectly!. What you should do is try to find healthier foods that you enjoy and make them more a part of your diet!. Since everyone is different and you may be more or less active then others following someone else's nutrition plan can give you too many or too little calories!. The most important thing to remember when it comes to food and losing weight, is the following equations:
Calories in (eating and drinking) >(Greater Than) Calories Out (from exercise and daily activity) = Weight Gain
Calories Out > Calories In = Weight Loss
It is the same concept that Nutrisystem and Jenny Craig use but they measure your portions for you!.
Exercise is important but a cardio workout is not always the best thing for everyone!. Personal trainers, physical therapists and other fitness professionals argue about this topic often!. One thing to think about when exercising is that the building of muscle and an increase in muscle mass (even if you are just toning them) can burn a lot of calories!. Muscle is heavier the fat so if you increase it you won't see the numbers falling off on the scale but clothes will start to fit differently!. The best workout is one with a balance of Cardio, balance and weight training!. My biggest suggestion is to go to a local big name gym!. They are all super excited about trying to get new members and willing let you have a week or two free in their gym!. While you are on this trial period try and find a trainer and discuss what you want to do!. They won't set up a complete work out plan for you like they would if you hired them but they can give you a better idea of what types of foods and exercise would benefit you the most!.

The key is to avoid "diets" and to instead make permanent lifestyle changes!. No one stays on diets forever, which is why they don't work!. It's not your motivation!.

Focus on eating a diet that is full of fruits, vegetables, whole grain, and lean meats!. Exercise 4-6 times per week!. Ideally you'll want to include cardio exercise and strength training, but I say, exercise in a way that you enjoy!. If you hate your workouts, you probably won't stick to them, so get involved in activities you enjoy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well it depends, how much do you weigh!? What's your height!?

If you want to lose weight, you must do cardio workouts!.

I'm not sure how much you weigh so I can't really tell you how much you will probably lose!. Most chubby people lose weight faster then thinner people!.

Anyways, it's healthy to lose between 1 to 5lbs per week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Breakfast: Yogurt!.
Lunch: Salad!.
Dinner: Chicken with veg!.
Snacks: Fruit!.

With this you will lose the weight quickly but heathily!.

Only drink water and run for 30 minutes a day!.
These might help aswell, there really good search them on youtube as yahoo won't let me post them :

8 Minute Abs!.
8 Minute Legs!.
8 Minute Buns!.
8 Minute Arms!.
8 Minute Stretch!.

Hope i could help ?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Get a buddy!. Even if you only meet once a week, you will be forced to fess up to them about that bite of ice cream, the soda, or the extra piece of cake!. Or even start a blog, post your weight once a week!. That is motivation enough!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
