Just stick with good ol fashioned diet and exercise. . .it's a way of life -- a new diet -- change your habits -- you don't want that leakage thing -- I read that pamphlet. ..
believe me if there was a pill that worked for weight loss -- I (and everyone else in the world) would have discovered it by now!!)
