Question: How long will it take for me to start seeing a difference while sticking to this exercise!?
I just started today!. I got two five pound weights, one in each hand!. I lied down on my back and spread out my arms straight!. Then I lifted them from the floor and over my head until they touched!. I did five sets of ten!. My arms feel really shaky so I know it had some effect!. When will I start seeing my arms thin!? I've heard it could take months to get muscle but I don't want muscle, just thinner arms!. Does anyone have an estimation!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Weight training doesn't make your arms thin, they do make them more defined by adding small amounts of muscle mass!. You can't spot reduce fat, so just because you work out your arms doesn't mean you'll lose fat there!. Your best option to lose the arm fat is cardio, which will make you lose fat throughout your whole body and your arms too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
well your gonna need to work them pretty hard but if your looking to loose weight in your arms you need to do cardio for them and not lift weights, thats only gonna make them bigger!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
