Raw vegan diet help!!


Question: Raw vegan diet help!
I was thinking about doing the raw vegan diet!. Can someone tell me some more information on it and what are the only foods I can eat!?

The vegan part means no meats, no dairy products of any kind - no milk, butter, eggs, no yogurt, etc!. The raw part means your food can't be cooked!. So no pasta, no breads, no baked potatoes, nothing like that!. What you can eat is food that can be eaten raw, like veggies, fruits, nuts and anything else that can be prepared raw - such as dishes/meals which you can buy at stores such as Whole Foods, Fresh Market, any co-op, etc!. One thing you need to be careful about is making sure you get enough proteins and fats, which your body needs too!. Try looking up raw vegan recipes online - that's a good start - and good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Nothing that even comes from animals!. (Honey, milk, meat, etc!.) Drink soymilk, and go online to find healthy vegan recipes!. You need to make sure you get enough protein!. REnt some vegan cook booksw from your library!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
