Excersise routine for slimming down your thighs?!
Question: Excersise routine for slimming down your thighs!?
So I really want to slim down my thighs, but i'm not sure what the best excersise routine would be!. I've tried running and jogging, but it doesn't really stick!. lol So I need to find another excersise routine!. Maybe a routine that I can do in the comfort of my own living room!.

I would recommend roller skating but you can't do that in your living room!. You could look for exercises that simulate the same movement!. My thighs always burn after I skate!.
A good exercise you can do most anywhere is to spread your feet about shoulder length apart and squat to almost a sitting position & hold for ten seconds or longer!. You should do this in front of a chair or wall in case you lose your balance!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

u can not target weight lose so the best way to lose any weight any where is to do a whole body work out weight training is the best way to get rid of body fat running is a very good workout the down fall is it only works 1 part of your body the more muscle u have the more cals!. u burn doing nothing it also speeds up your metabolism Www@Answer-Health@Com
