Can someone help me understand this?!

Question: Can someone help me understand this!?
When some people lose weight, they lose pounds and not inches or the other way around!? I'm so confused because I'm trying to lose both!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Muscle is more dense than fat!. So if you gain 5 pounds of muscle, it'll take up less space than 5 pounds of fat!. So you can lose fat but gain muscle and end up skinnier!.

Most people are trying to lose both pounds and inches!. Make sure you're exercising, and make sure you're eating enough protein, and you should be good to go!. The scale WILL eventually go down, even if you only lose inches at first!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

if you lose inches and not weight is because muscles weighs more then fat it take time for u to notice where u are losing the weight it takes longer for some people if they dont have a lot to lose when they start give it time u will be happyWww@Answer-Health@Com

Some people might not lose pounds, but they might lose inches!. This happens when your body gains muscle due to working out!. That is a good thing, not bad!. Don't focus so much on the weight!. Focus on your body fat percentage!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
