Answers:
A lot of people argue that working out in the morning is best because your metabolism gets a boost, especially if you do it on an empty stomach!. I disagree with this though!. First off, many people feel AWFUL if they exercise on a completely empty stomach (lightheaded, dizzy, etc)!. Secondly, weight loss is all about the simple equation of calories in, calories out!. If you burn more than you're taking in, then you lose weight!. Eat the same amount as you burn, and you maintain!. And of course, if you eat more than you burn you gain weight!. So I don't think that exercising in the wee hours of the morning will affect your ability to lose weight at all!. The only thing is that sometimes the release of endorphins and adrenaline while exercising may make it difficult for your to fall asleep afterwards, but for some people this is untrue!. Hope this helps!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Umm didn't you already post this question!? Or am I losing my mind!?

Pretty much it depends too on when you are going to bed, because you shouldn't workout just before going to bed!. Another thing is you need a consent bed time!. Sleep helps a lot too!.

To be honest it's better to workout in the morning because then you are burning more calories through out the day!.

if you work out before bed it might just put your body in a state where it doesn't want to sleep anymore, i used to exercise between 7-9pm and gave my self about an hour and a half or 2 hours to cool down

everyones body cycles are different and you just need to try it, you should still get results though!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
