if people can lose up to 8 kilos a week with high intensity exercises then why do people say its impossible to lose about 30 kilos in 3-4 weeks!?

yes!.!.!.its possible but its doing it the wrong way!. i mean lets be serious!.!.!.u cant keep up with that lifestyle!. loosing weight really fast only makes it more risky later on!.!.!.its better to loose the wieght slowly cause then it wont affect your health!.
like if you loose alot of weight now and do regular high intensity workouts for now then you will loose alot of weight!.!.!.but once you cant do it anymore, the weight will come back!. its better to do something your more likely to stick with in life, not like a yo-yo dietWww@Answer-Health@Com

its very possible!. but its also very unhealthy!. don't do it!. don't even try!. aim for a pound a week!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
