i want to lose weight, but I'm not sure what i should be eating, people have told me what i should eat, but i want to eat stuff that will help me, not that's helped other people, where can i go to get a diet plan made up for me, to help me on my weight loss journey!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

here is what my dietician suggests - follow a practical diet!. start your meal with a soup or a huge salad!. this fills u up!.
