Question: What would it take to lose a kilo a day!?
like what exercises and for how long!.
what food!. etc!.
becuase i know people who drop more then 5 kilos a week which must mean they are dropping at least a kilo a day!.

alright, so first of all there's 7 days a week, not 5!.
and second of all, this isn't safe and probably will get regained if it's lost that fast!.!.!.
maybe set your goal to dropping a pound (about 1/2 a kilo) a day instead!.!.!.
just exercise (about an hour a day of cardio) and eat right!.!.!.don't starve yourself, eat at the right times, that helped me a lot! you shouldn't eat more than an hour after you wake up in the morning and you shouldn't eat past 6 pm as that's when your metabolism starts slowing down at night!.
don't pressure yourself!.!.!.everyone loses weight at their own rate, and if you put pressure on yourself, you'll just end up getting frustrated and probably giving up!.!.!.so you just gotta do what's right for you and go with it, you'll see results, i promise!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You would need to burn about 7250 Calories a day! Take into account that you probly would burn at least 1000 just breathing an respiratory digestion etc then you would only need to burn 6250! good luck lol! Www@Answer-Health@Com
eat nothing, have only water and spend all day walking, running, cycling, lifting weight and working out!. not to be recommended or considered in any way healthy!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
