no you have to stick pretty much exactly to what the diet says, my husband and i have done it twice, but we didnt make the soup, we just ate cabbage in place of the soup and it still workedWww@Answer-Health@Com

i WAS thinkin of doing that!! I'm not an expert but i doubt you would get the same results if you did that! PLUS, it said it was recommended for overweight people!. I am going to try it in a month! i 'll tell you what happens!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
