What do you do to stay fit and healthy?


Answers:

I watch what I eat. I allow myself the occasional steak or some pizza, but balance it with several helpings of fruit & veg, I snack on Pink Lady apples the most, very nice.
Keep a food journal for a few week (be honest), you'd be amazed how much you eat, and don't think about.

I don't drink near enough water, but do try to start my day off with a pint of water, help rehydrate after sleeping. I drink rarely these days, when I do, its a very nice single malted whiskey, w/ a few ice cubes.

And as I don't acre about bulk, although vanity being what it, I do some work for my arms, otherwise, I stick with cardio. Four times a week at least 30 minutes, get and keep the heart rate up.

I get 7-5 to 8 hours sleep daily. I might skip a workout, or have a burger, but I will get my sleep.
