I have 6 six days to get really cut
i'm currently 140
5'8"
and i gain weight really easy
i need abs (which i have but i want more)
chest (outer and middle)
biceps
triceps

It will take a while to build muscle so be patient with these exercises:
Bench Press for mid and Lower Chest
Incline Bench Press for Upper Chest
Close Grip Bench Press for Tris
Dips for Tris
You can also do exercises with a pull down bar for Tris
Curls for Bicepts
Hammer curls for Bicepts
Preacher Curls for Bicepts
Military Press infront of head for Shoulders
I am doing all these and they are the exercises that allow you to do heavy lifting!. You want to do 8 - 12 reps times 3 sets to build mass!. Also consume lots of protein and do not over work your muscles!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
