How to lose fats in the stomach after giving birth?

had cesarian two months ago...I already lose around 13 kg after giving birth my my stomach is still big..I want to lose it.

Very strict, yet healthy and balanced diet. Exercise daily. Since it is really nice out right now, you can take your baby for a walk everyday for at least 30-45 minutes. You will be amazed at what this will do for your energy and your waistline!

I had a Cesarean 11 months ago. I did the above and now weigh less than before I was pregnant. I was never a real fitness type of person before I had my son and I really am not now, but I do watch what I eat and take my son for a walk everyday.

Your pouch will more than likely never completely go away. Your skin is stretched out. My husband calls them battle scars because of my very difficult pregnancy and labor.

Remember, it is always more difficult to get rid of belly fat after you have had a c-section than if you would have had a normal delivery.
