Question: Best way to tone up my body!?
i used to have a really toned body until i start birth control 2 weeks ago, and now i have some water weight and totally look chubby!. i'm seeing my fiance in a week and i'd like to look best as possible!. i know he'll love me for me, but i'd just like to look the best i can!. any suggestions!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Im an amateur mixed martial arts fighter and when I have to cut weight kinda last minute, I cut all the excess water weight!. It is very easy to do but can be very tiring!. It brings down the belly pretty good!. Get some albolene!. It is a makeup remover that women use!. Rub it on your belly chest back and neck area!. This helps open up the pores!. Put on a sweat suit or if you ghetto like me, put on a plastic bag!. then on top of that put on a sweat shirt!. Go out for a run or get on a treadmill!. Just make sure that if you start feeling a little dizzy to drink some gatorade!. If your not used to exercising then dont take my advice!. This followed with healthy eating, like grilled chicken and stuffs and no sodas, will show you some resultsWww@Answer-Health@Com

Don't consume too much sodium, sodium retains water in our body!.
Go on a 1,750 cals a day diet, less than 35grams of fat per day!.
Go on the treadmill 2!.5= 5minutes, 5-6=5minutes
Elliptical Machine= 15minutes
OR
Go for a 30minute mixture of running and walking!.

Stop the bc's!.
Otherwise, drink a lot of water and avoid salt and carbs!.
And do a lot of cardio to sweat a lot!. Wear pants and a long sleeve shirt and work out in a warm place!. Maybe go to a sauna, too!.

go to the gym!. use the treadmill, the bicycle, and leg work outs!. also goon jogs daily!. stay away from pastas!. eat salads, sandwiches on wheat bread, and fruits!. Good luck =]Www@Answer-Health@Com

Start walking/jogging every day for 30 minutes to an hour!.It really works!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
