squats and dead lifts will do your thighs and bum
but if you want a real killer try the stair master i do 5 Min's on level 5 and then switch to level 8 for the last 5 min's

I would 100 percent say the leg press machine!.

I hate going to the gym but if forced I will go on the stepper and rowing machine!. The stepper is good for toning!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
