What can I do when it's too hot out to exercise?!


Question: What can I do when it's too hot out to exercise!?
I want to keep exerciseing, I don't have A/C, I don't belogn to a gym, I have poor man's A/C-lots of fans!.

No, don't suggest for me to do pushups, or anything else that invovles getting on the floor-I'm too fat to get on the floor to do crunches, and I can't even get in the position to do a push up let alone do a single one properly!.

It's currently 95 degrees outside, and it's going to be in the high 80's to mid-90's all week!. I DO NOT have access to a pool, so swimming is out of the question!.

any suggestions for working out in this kind of weather!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

How about doing workout tapes like Tae-Bo!. This way you can still workout, and workout in a controlled environment!. Also these exercises normally don't have you going down to the floor that often mostly kicking and punching exercises!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Too fat means you probably need to be consuming less and walking where ever you can!. Walking outside isn't that big a deal!. Go out and do it!. If not do a series of stretches will probably give you the work out you need!. If you are too fat to get on the floor, then you need to start walking ASAP!. IT is the best exercise!. And remember you should not eat more energy than your body is expending in a day!. DRINK tons of water, it will help you stay cool in this heat and humidity!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i'd sugest you exercise inside!.
run laps, where you know its safe!. create a special route!.
first, start with running for 5 minutes!. then by day, increase your time limit!. this way, your muscles get stronger!.
do this early in the morning to avoid bumping into others in the house/apartment!.
then, after a month or so, you'll really be feeling better about your figure!.
then you can start tough excercises, like push ups!.
i used this process in my condo!. it works!.

My suggest is to put on some sunblock, suck it up and go outside and get some exercise!. The more time you spend out in the heat the more tolerable it becomes!. Not to mention the heat will help you sweat a ton, just make sure to drink tons of water!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would say do whatever you can!. Leg lifts sitting down!. bicep curls!. if you dont have weights, use books!.

I would simply do jumping jacks!. dont say you cant do jumping jacks!. its a great cardio exercise!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ok it dosent matter how hot it is is better cause you can sweat more and lose lots of calories well thats my suggestion
