I've recently lost weight, but i look the same as i did before...!


Question: I've recently lost weight, but i look the same as i did before!.!.!.
okay, so i am 14, 5'6
over the past 2 or 3 monts i have gone from 145lbs to about 115lbs!.
losing 30lbs was really good for me!
but i look exactly the same!.
people have commented, but to me i look the same - i still look really overweight, and it makes me want to lose more!.
what is wrong!? why do i still see myself as big as i was before!?

any help would be great, thanks

It's because you wont notice a gradual change over 4 months, especially if you scrutinizing your physique in a mirror!.

I gained 45lbs in a year, but I still feel the same!. If I look at a before picture though, it's a remarkable difference!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's not about how many POUNDS you lose!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!. it's about how much body fat you loose!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.

Go buy a digital scale and the instructions on the inside will tell you about this!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!. on mine it said!.!.!.

You have to have a healthy diet that gives you the right amount of calories, and you also have to exercise too! There are two different types of exercise!.!.!.!.!.!.!. 1!. Working out specific parts of the body and 2!. Doing cardio to burn fat overall

Eat more fruits and vegetables and limit your intake of fatty foods

At your age it's easy to be overly critical of your body, which can also lead to an unhealthy body image!. At your height, 115 does not sound overweight at all! I would be very careful not to get obsessed with your weight, it sounds like you've made a healthy change and you don't really need to lose more!. Maybe have someone take some pictures of you, and compare them to your "before!." What you see in the mirror isn't always accurate, your mind can distort things and maybe seeing a photo will help!. Muscle weight more then fat and water lost is often mistaken for weight lose!. Lots of diets scams run as losing water weight so you lose weight but don
