I'm not sure about burning more calories when you sleep that night, but when you have a good workout in the morning after the workout throughout the day you're constantly burning calories, you burn more calories by working out in the morning than working out at night!. No, the exercise you do in the morning will have no effect on your sleep!. And since you're inactive while sleeping, you're not burning many calories!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
