5-6 days a week you should do full routine exercises focused on your stomach muscles!. if your ever on the couch watching tv in between full exercises feel free to do extra even small exercises :)

to get best results you need to do more than just exercise, you need to change your nutriental intake, not exactly a diet!. Advertisements made it seem like all you need to do is crunches and youll have rock abs but you WILL not have results unless you fix your eating habits, TRUST ME:)

6 days of week is the healthiest!. Always allow yourself one day of rest, so your muscles and body don't get too tired out!. Work out 6 times a week with at least 30 minutes worth of cardio a day!. An hour workout usually works well, 30 minutes of cardio!.!. 10 minutes of weights!. anywhere from 100-500 crunches a day, and the last 10 minutes do whatever you haven't done or want to do again!.
