Don't just stick with the two miles!. The two to five mile runs are actually the hardest to improve/prepare for!. Marathons are pure stamina, one mile and under is pure speed but in between you need a balance of both!. So switch up your workouts!. Running the three miles, especially if you can hold your pace will help on the stamina end and make the two miles seem much shorter (personally i'd even try for 3!.5 to 4 miles even if you have to walk the last part of it)!. Also I would work intervals/sprints into your workout!. It will give you more strength in your legs and help build your ability to hold a faster pace (part of this is psychological as running sprints will show you just how fast you are and make your longer runs seem like a much slower pace, but hey it works)Www@Answer-Health@Com

The best way to improve your 2 mile run is to do sprints until you cant sprint anymore, it will drastically improve your stamina so you can complete your physical activity quicker!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
