You can also take diet pills or do some stupid crash diet and again, you'll lose weight, but you'll gain all that weight back plus more!.

if you are looking for a fast quick fix diet!.!.!.stop looking!.!.!.there are two excercise programs that you can look into that are very effective!.!.!.

google PACE Dr!. Sears - it will ask you to buy his book but there are enough reviews and blogs out there on it that you dont really need to buy it!.

HIIT is very effective as well!. They are basicly the same method but PACE is more relaxed and not as "pushing your limits" as HIIT is!. Depends on your fitness level and determination!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Wake up early, work out and especially run before eating!. Eat a balanced diet, no juice and sugary drinks past dark!. Don't stop eating; thats just silly, but watch what you eat!. And exercise even after the morning run!. I suggest you get someone to do it with you; its much easier and enjoyable =)

The best way to loose weight is by exercising, eating healthy and drinking plenty of water!. Crash diets where you loose five or ten pounds in one week aren't very healthy and you will mostly likely gain the five or ten pounds back quickly!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

dont eat anything like three to five hours before sleeping at night time and avoid sugar or anything with sugar also try doing anything that you sweat by doing it like dancing or running
