My new diet plan/pledge!


Question: My new diet plan/pledge
i swear that from tonight until friday night i will only drink water and diet coke and only eat vegetables!. if i get hungry i will brush my teeth, chew gum, or drink a big glass of water!.

i need to lose weight for my beach trip coming up this weekend!. i know this will only work short term, but DUH short term is what i want! i just need to look good in my new swimsuits i just bought!

i am currently 21 yrs old, 5'7 and 168 lbs so dont say that i dont need to lose weight or do something this drastic!. i am obviously fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I won't say you shouldn't lose weight!. I used to weigh 165 lbs at 5'11 and I thought that was fat so I lost 30 lbs (currently 135 lb)!. (I'm a guy)
You shouldn't really cut your food to that little
Try 1500 calories of veges, protein, lean meat etc!. Go organic
Also cut out diet coke it contains sugar which actually hold back on fat to go away!. Drink 10-12 cups of water!.
Also in order to look good with a swimsuit, you should workout and tone your body too!. Try jogging 40-50 minutes a day!. Do swimming, do something very active on daily basis!.
You can lose 20 lbs a month trying this!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Omg i use to way 180 and I'm 12 year sold too and I'm in a diet and now i way 157 well i don't think that's true right now cause the last time i check my self was like 3 weeks ago and haven't check my self well yeah I'm 5'4 were u live so we can go run together lol Www@Answer-Health@Com
