When doing reps for any particular exercise!
Question: When doing reps for any particular exercise
do you need to do them all in a row!? Maybe a silly question!.!.!.but I've just started to do crunches after having had a baby, and my stomach muscles are really weak!. If I need to do 3 reps of 20/25, is it just as effective to spread them throughout my day, or should they really be back to back!? They hurt!! :)-

I think you mean you are doing 3 sets of 25 crunches!.
You should do them at the same time with a short rest between sets!.
If they hurt you may be doing them wrong!.
You are going to be sore for a little while, but in a couple of weeks you will be fine!.
