when should I drink it!?
how many scoops!?
I'm 13, 125 lbs, 5'5!.
I work out daily (cardio, lower body workouts, upper body workouts) - 6 days a week

The most important time to drink it is before or after you exercise!. Sugar or simple carbohydrates are important to drink after your workout to replenish your glycogen supply fast so your body stops eating your muscles for energy!. Look into pre and post workout nutrition to maximize your gains from your workouts!. I'd probably do two to three scoops before each exercise period depending on how much you want to spend!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Depending on what brand and how much protein is in every scoop I'd say two scoops within 10 minutes after a muscle building workout (Not Cardio) and then two scoops some time between a meal!. But do you do upper and lower body everyday!?


Then Id suggest doing upper body one day then lowerbody the next day and resting the day after that!. Your muscles gain more muscle on the days they arent working!. You will only hurt yourself if you dont give them rest!. But cardio is ok to do every day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

BUT u can overdose on that!.!. my cousin did!.!.
i would say eat raw eggs!.!.!.
i know it sounds gross!. but it works better!.
and faster!.!.
but dont eat bad eggs make sure they are very very fresh!.

whey protein powder is so nasty! but i used to take it its one scoop per four onces drink it as a snack or before your work out twice daily Www@Answer-Health@Com
