Can you weight lifting with plantar fasciitis?!


Question: Can you weight lifting with plantar fasciitis!?
I have plantar fasciitis in my right foot, and probably small signs of it on my left!. I need to continue working out, and swimming is great, but it can become a bore! I want to know if weight lifting would be a option!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Absolutely!. Weight lifting is a good option!. You just need to be careful not to do any lifting that would put pressure on your feet until the fasciitis has improved!. Start with upper body!. Chest and abdominal work should be fine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
