Question: Make biceps stronger!?
any tips on making my biceps stronger i've been doing 20 push ups i at night a noticed a little difference any routines i should do to get my biceps stronger!? increase push ups!? sit ups or what!? im 13 so i cant join a gym yet give me sumthing a 13 year old can do!?

will eating an apple a day help!?

A good exercise to increase your biceps growth would be to do a chair or bench dips!.

Get some weights and try different techniques and routines that work for you!. (If you have Fit T!.V!.) try Gilad's workouts, and (if you can) record the ones focused on biceps!. Maybe get into swimming!.!.!. Eat a high-protein diet etc!.

Well, i'm 14 now, almost like you =]!.

I've been doing what you do, and i also wanted more for my biceps!. When i went strictly off nasty food, and just had an active life, i instantly felt better and more toned!. Also, you should eat more easily- digestive foods like fish or something!.

Take an extra bike ride in the park, or run like two laps, TRUST ME; it really helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

go to the gym if u go wit ur parents and they tell the ppl tat they know tat u want to go, you can get a membership but if it doesnt work say ur on a team and u wanna get in shapeWww@Answer-Health@Com
