Answers:
Sounds good acutally!. You don't need the last snack!.!.!. 5 meals is plenty!.

Just try to keep your Calorie intake to around 1300-1500!. Make sure that you are watching your carbs!.!.but not restricting them completely!.

Make sure youre drinking 8 glasses of water per day at least and taking a multivitamin!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

To me it sounds a little much on the carb and meat!. I am not a doctor or nutritionalist, but my husband has lost more than 10 lb!. since he married me and is very happy with his weight and what he eats everyday!.

Make sure you eat dark leafy vegetables and plenty of fruits!. You can try cooking new things -- go to the grocery store to pick up a new vegetable and fish every week!. I think the key is to enjoy tasty healthy food!. This seems to work for us!. Here are the things we do ourselves, may give you some new ideas:

Breakfast:
I only make pancakes once every 2 weeks!. Usually it's muesli with skim milk!. But here is what I do on the pancake days:
**
1 glass skim milk
2 small banana pancakes (use less pancake mix, and add chunks of banana and ground flexseeds in your batter)
topped with walnuts in real maple syrup or honey instead of table syrup
1 boiled egg (or 3 egg whites)
blueberries, kiwi and strawberries (or any other fresh fruits) to fill half of the plate
**
You can cook spinach and mushrooms into your scramble eggs!.
**
When I don't have time, eat peanut butter on multi-grain bread + fruits + skim milk

Lunch:
I usually bring leftover lunch from prev day!.
Or make a sandwich (multi-grain bread, turkey/tuna/salmon, double up on lettus), no cheese, no mayo!. Bring carrot sticks and no-fat yogurt!.

Afternoon snack: 2 different kinds of fruits to work everyday, usually: apple, peach, necterine, banana, grapes, cherries, plums, pear etc!. Keep a jar of almond/peacan at work in case I am hungry!.

Dinner:
Always cook whole wheat pasta/bread/roti, millets, brown rice!. I add one of following into my brown rice sometimes, not all at once: corns, peas, kidney beans, mung beans, black rice, lentils etc!. They go well with rice!.
Buy pretty much any leafy vegetable and boil it for quick 2 mins, mix with soya sause and sasame oil or oyster sauce!. Or grill zucchini, red peppers, mushrooms!. Don't eat red meat more than 2 meals a week!. I try to have fish at least twice a week and vegetarian meals at least twice a week!. When you have fresh fish, steaming it is quick, tasty and health!. If the fish is frozen, I grill or bake it!. Vegetable stirfry with Tofu and mushroom is easy and healthy and doesn't taste plain!. Another tip is to limit on grains!. When I make grilled chick or fish, I have a big vegetable dish to go with it!. No need the rice or potatos!.

Evening snacks:
Eat light dinners and have fruits about 1!.5 hours after dinner!. I take a spoon and eat out of a halved watermelon!. My husband loves yogurts (0-fat)!. Any other fruits are good too!.

Other quick snacks:
tomato and avocado salad - cut into slices and add your favorite low fat dressing
boiled soya beans - they are sold in grocery stores frozen with shells on!. Takes less than 10 mins to cook and good source of protein with no fat!. Yummy!
Tofu - you can eat out of the box the kind you buy from grocery stores!.

I cook with no butter, margarine, cheese!. Only canola, olive and grapeseed oils!. Occasionally we eat low fat cheese!.
