A salad loaded with dark green lettuces, tomatoes, bell peppers, olives, cucumber, carrots, radishes, ect!.!.!.tossed with some light italian or a little vinegar and oil!. Green veggies (salad, broccoli, green beans, etc!.) Or you could swap carbs!.!.!. quinoa is a grain that has excellent protein and vitamins, so it's a carb you can feel really good about!.!.!. and it's yummy with parsley and garlicWww@Answer-Health@Com
How about trying mixed vegetables or just a single veggie such as broccoli,green beans, carrots, or asparagus!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
potatoes are the best food on earth i have no clue why you would give them up besides the carb thing besides i heard that carb diet is bad for you
