How effective is Alli (diet pill)?
Despite the side effects, I am considering to take it.
How effective is Alli? (have you lost any weight? How many days? Is this really a miracle pill) Do you think you can use this drug as long term?
Answers:
I have been on it for 2 weeks and lost 7 pounds so far. I have had no side effect but i have followed a very healthy diet (no more that 15 grams of fat per meal).
