Question: This is what I ate today, is it unhealthy or okay!?
I had a small amount of Orange Juice with a sandwich!. It contained honey wheat bread, 5 slices of honey ham, & salt & pepper!. Later I had a piece of watermelon the size of a toddler's fist!. For dinner, I had boiled skinless chicken & a side dish of white rice!. I also used salt and pepper!. The size was a half full cereal bowl!.
This is what I have been eating lately!. I was wondering if I am doing something wrong because I have been getting terrible headaches!. I am 5'5 & 135 lbs!. I haven't been excessively exercising or anything out of the ordinary!. I don't really eat breakfast because during the summer I wake up around 12:00!. Am I eating correctly!? Or do I need to eat more!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

you aren't eating enough!. I can tell that you seem to obsess over size and amount of food!. I would be concerned of you heading down a path of an eating disorder!. You are getting headaches because you are depriving your body of calories it needs plus you are missing key vitamins and nutrients for eating so little!. well first off you need more verity in your diet!.

i get dizzy if i don't eat breakfast!. but try to eat something when you wake up, even if its just some fruits, it will help with the headachs!. try getting differnt foods in, like unstead of rice try couscous but put in lots of veggies!. it tastes great!.

maybe you have some allergys!. you didn't say your age, but i'm guessing your a teen!. :) try looking up on differnt pollens in your area!.
if your headaches get worse or continue, tell a parent or go to a doctor i:e a allergist!.

you need to eat more!. you should maybe consider counting calories!. there all a lot of websites that tell you how many calories you should eat!. It can also be a good diet!. but drink lots of water, take vitamins, and if you still have troubles with it, you should consider contacting your doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would be starving!
I'm also 5'5" and 135 and I just eat constantly throughout the day!.
It's sort of a bad habit, but if I don't eat at least every 2 hours I get light headed!.
I exercise at least an hour and a half a day though!.

First of all your body needs breakfast!!! its what gives you energy to last through your day and people who eat breakfast tend to weigh less!. Another thing, the honey ham alone is already about 600mg of sodium and your body needs about 2300 a day!. it may seem light in calories and fat but the sodium adds up!. i see you like adding pepper and even more salt in your food!. Instead try this for breakfast:
Special K cereal ( any flavor) w/low fat milk or soymilk, a cup of fruit, and coffee!. that breakfast is less than 300 calories and about 4 grams of fat!. And low sodium! if you like to cook go to hungrygirl!.com for healthy recipes, no matter if you are a man or woman, its still healthy food recipes, ok! for lunch try eating right or lean cuisine frozen meals!. they are tasty and good for you! Another website to check out is foodpyramid!.gov when you put in your gender, age, weight, height, and how much exercise you are getting, it shows how many servings of grains, protein, fruit, etc!. you need in a day!. it shows how many calories you need to consume a day for you perticular body!. I know all of this is a handful but it helps!

sandwich - try turkey or chicken instead of ham - make sure it is skinless, not fried; skip the salt - you don't need extra sodium because meat has enough sodium!. honey wheat bread!? does this mean it has whole grains!? make sure it does!. also, you should add tomatoes, lettuce, etc!. because i see no vegetables at all in your diet! you need vegetables

orange juice - that is ok, but you need more fruit!. you only eat watermelon, and this isn't enough!. incorporate more apples, grapes, oranges (real oranges, not juice because there is added sugar), nectarines, peaches, strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, etc!. try to only drink water (8 glasses a day)

white rice - not good!. you need to be eating brown rice! again, skip the salt!.

overall, your diet is very poor in my opinion!. you're deprived of fruits, veggies and dairy products!. you probably experience headaches because lack of calories and needed nutrients!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
