Biceps/triceps stuck at 15inches?!


Question: Biceps/triceps stuck at 15inches!?
Im 16 years old 5'8 145lbs and my biceps are currently 15inches(flexed)!. Pretty much all muscle(not bragging) but i have been stuck at 15inches for a while!. I used to do like 8 different exercises each with 3 sets of 12 but i think that was over training, I just changed my bicep workout to use heavier weights now and less reps!. Will this help my arms grow now!? Any other ideas to break this plateau would be appreciated!.

PS - is 15 inches for my height and size good/impressive!?

Yeah keep doin what your doing!. and if I was you i'd stop and concentrate more on your triceps eg pushups, tricep dips, tricep press machine, different tricep extensions with dumbells etc!. and just tone up your biceps with lower weight high reps (bout 20 reps) making the muscle harder and stronger but not bigger!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

that does seem very good!.

as far as exercising biceps all I really know about them is that they are the fastest recovering muscle!.!.!.so I think they only need a little bit of rest (1 day!?)!.

Heavier weights does increase mass from what I've found!.

Also nutrition is very important too!.!.!.without enough protein (and calories) you can't make gains!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The big builders are straight barbell curls (with a bit of cheating at the end to force out a couple of reps) and skull crushers!. As biceps go it is usually proportional to weight!. A gain of 10 pounds in bodyweight equals a gain of 1 inch on the arms!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
