Question: How can I get arm and leg muscles!?!?
I am 13 and weigh 85 lbs!. I want to get muscles on my arms and legs!. What can I do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

-Swimming
-Bicycling
Anaerobic exercise is short, intense exercise which is good for building muscle!.
Examples:
-Push ups
-Weight lifting
-Sprinting
Also, eat more protein!. A good source of protein is peanut butter!.
Get plenty of rest!. When you utilize a muscle, some of it is used up!. Sleeping restores the muscle's fibers, and also adds a bit more if it is used frequently!.

muscle weighs more than fat!. so u can get really really fat or strong!.
id go with strong!.
so u should lift weights if u lift light weights then u will get little muscles but still be really strong!. if u lift big weights then u will look really buff and be really strong!.
for ur legs u should try water polo because u keep urself up with eggbeater which makes u stronger really fast and u should just run alot!.

you could run more for you legs and lift weight for you are and you could eat healthy and a bit more portions Www@Answer-Health@Com
lift some weights and do runnig and swimming and eating extra protein and some extra carbs might help as wellWww@Answer-Health@Com
