Question: Workout Question on if i will get bigger
If i was to do just the dip and pull up machine, arm curls, a shoulder machine and a little running will i get bigger!? or even more toned or defined!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

My 15 year old son has really dedicated himself to getting in shape for football!. He is really toned!. He runs a lot, lifts weights, and does the drills with the team!. Push ups, sit ups and squats are good too!. Stay focused on your goal and be totally dedicated!. You will see results!. But you have to put the effort into it 100 percent!. If you're eating a good diet with enough protein you probably will if you do the exercises correctly!. It also depends on what kind of running and how much!. For example look at a 100 dash sprinter and a 10k runner!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
