I like to take a nice long shower, and use a lot of ice after words!. Try not to move to much and just chill!. It sucks but in the end its part of working out!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

ahh i hate when that happends! it happends to me the first two days i start a new season of XC!. i talked to my couch about it and he told me to do two things!

first he told me to do some stretches! in legs, arms were ever it hurts!. and hold for 25 seconds each!.!. then he said ice the sore areas for 10 mins!. with ice!.

here are some stetches that will help your mucles feel better! good luck!!

Try a hot bath with some Epsom salts!. THEN, stretch out the same way you would before beginning practice or just do some long count legs and trunk stretches!. Finally, mix up a protein shake!.!.!.this will do wonders for helping to speed up your recovery time!. You'll feel awesome in much less time than if you'd just sucked it up and took a nap or whatever!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
