How to drop a jean size in 2 weeks?!


Question: How to drop a jean size in 2 weeks!?
okaayyy!. so i'm 14 and i gained weight this summer rather than losing weight!!!! and school starts in 2 weeks! I am now a size 13:( and i want to be a size 9!.
i've been doing this(i started yesterday):
i wake up and do crunches and push ups!.
around 11 o'clock i play DDR for about an hour!.
and at 1 o'clock i play again!.

would that help me drop a size in jeans!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You are off to a good start, but if you want to loose your weight in three weeks you need to go outside and run as soon as you wake up in the morning!. The morning is the best time to do exercise because your body is at zero calories and by forcing your body to burn calories when it has zero calories, your body will start burning fat!. You need to do this everyday, and most importantly you need to eat healthy!. No fast food, no soda, etc!.

Most importantly, you have to maintain your body and keep doing this!. If you loose weight and then go back to school and stop exercising you will gain the weight back quickly!. Fluctuating your weight like that is the least healthy thing you can do for yourself!.

But, even more important than that, is that it doesn't matter what your clothes size is, all that matters is that you are happy with your self in your own skin!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Seriously try the special K cereal and eat a bowl for breakfast and a bowl for supper!. I lost about 15 lbs doing this!. good luck!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
