Question: How can i get back to my normal weight!?!
well i need to lose 5-10lbs by august 11th!?i am really short and gained weight wayyy to fast!!!!!! i was 110 then i pigged out for three days straight!!!!! and now i way 121 :(((((

If you gained it that fast, you can lose it that fast!. It might even be mostly water weight!. (Like if you ate lots of carbs they help you retian water making you weigh more)!. I would start drinking lots of water and get back to your normal routine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It is possible that much of the weight that you gained in those three days is just water retention!. Junk foods contain a lot of sugar and salt, both make you pee and if you aren't drinking enough to compensate for the extra sodium and sugar then your body will make you retain water!. Eat healthy for the next few days and drink plenty of water!. At least eight glasses, more if it is hot or you are really active!. The weight will come off!. August 11th is probably a little bit of a stretch though!. If I am wrong and it is not just water weight, but you have gained fat then at a loss of 2lbs per week I would say if you eat healthy, get enough water, and exercise it should be all gone by the first week of September!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I heard that you can take a lot of potassium pills and you could lose a lot of weight fairly quickly!. Naturally, the weight you gained from pigging out will go away so long as you don't pig out again (a week or so!.) Hit the gym and do a lot of cardio (sweat-pumping exercise)!.

Although its rather unhealthy (so is losing 10 pounds in a week) you could use laxatives, but it could create dependency and other digestive problems!.


Honestly, the safest and easiest way to lose the weight is to hit the gym and limit your diet to 1200 calories!.

To loose one pound, you must burn 3500 more calories than you consume!. This means you would need to burn 17,500 calories more than you would consume to lose 5 pounds!.

That would be about 3000 calories a day!. Its very unlikely that you could lose this much weight in such a short period of time!.

Also, to gain 11 pounds in three days is also very unlikely!. So, perhaps you are retaining water!. Limit your salt intake and drink lots of water!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

WOW!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.11 pounds is alot of weight to gain in such a short period!.!.!.!.try cleansing of the colon it works and helps you loose weight quick which if you consumed alot of food in 3 days it may be the gain you did unless you can really see the difference in weight and cannot fit into your clothes google cleansing your colon and it will work for you in a day or two being you don't have much time!.!.!.!.cleansing my colon I lost 30 pounds in 4 days so good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your first 10 lbs is usually water weight, which is easy to lose!. Try doing some sort of Cardio workout for 60 minutes a day(Everyday)!. I get on the elliptical and do intervals, for example: It's random hills!.!.!.the valley part!.!.!.I sprint!. When I get to the top of a hill, I crank up the resistance to where if feels like I am running in water or quick sand(it's hard, but worth it)!. Eat grilled or baked chicken or turkey (if you eat meat) and steamed veggies for dinner!. For lunch, eat something from Subway or along those lines(stay away from cheese and mayo!!)!. Chick-fil-A also has a grilled chicken sandwhich on a wheat bun that is actually good for you! Have mustard on your sandwhich, mustard is very good for you!.!.!.oh, and whole wheat breads only!. For breakfast, have two eggs (anyway you like---but stay away from butter, oil and cheeses), 1 cup of plain oatmeal, a piece of fruit, and juice!. If you don't cook!.!.!.!.go for the Lean Cuisine meals, they're awesome!. I love them! In between your meals snack on something healthy like almonds or a power bar!. You must eat in order to get your metabolism turned up!. If you don't eat you are just telling your body to store the fat because it does not know when it will be supplied with fuel again, so therefore it will hang on to what it's got!. ok, basically, this is because you have gained the weight of the food, not stored it as fat!. Just eat a normal amount of food for a few days and you will see what i mean!. There is no way your body would store that, i know as i have too many qualifications in science, don't panic!. if you try to lose that kind of weight by then you will either give yourself an eating disorder or put yourself in hospital!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i understand the problem!.!.what i would suggest doing is trying not to focus too much on it!.!.it may be difficult, but try your hardest!! also, you can try eating healthier!.!.go 3 days without "bad" carbs!.!.!.in the morning, eat eggs or turkey!.!.!.then eat an orange for "snack"!.!.then at lunch time, eat a salad with a lot of fresh veggies and some sort of meat- chicken, turkey!.!.!.as well as cheese!.!.then eat ANOTHER orange for snack!. for dinner, eat something similar to lunch!. do this for three days, and it should help decrease your cravings as well as help you lose weight!. of course, exercise also helps greatly! good luck!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

i suggest drinking lots of water to flush out your system!. Diet pills will give you a boost, but mainly you have to cut down on food, if you want to lose that weight QUICKLY, you cant just eat healthy, you have to eat a lot less!. I dont think its healthy, but if you want to lose it, then eating less if anything is the key!. I fasted for 3 days and lost about 15 lbs, i drank only water and ate a few fruits a day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need to cut your calorie intake by about half for a while to shift it quickly and go swimming about 3-4 times a week - I cut down to about 800 calories and swam 4 times a week and did this for about 2 weeks and lost a stone and a half!. then I permanently changed my diet and lifestyle otherwise the weight would come back - now I always swim 3 times a week and eat a healthy balanced diet and the weight has stayed off!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Losing 10 pounds in a week is not a healthy option!. You should definitely stop pigging out and be more consistent in your dietary intake!. Exercise 30 minutes to an hour a day and you will see results!. Maybe not in a week, but you can definitely get the extra weight off in time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

lol!. just drink water for a week!. and eat SUPER light meals!. no bread, or starchy foods!. go walking/jogging every night for 30 minutes around your neighborhood!. go play outside instead of staying on the computer!. and move around constantly! take this time to do chores too!.
