Question: How much weight will i lose if i use this diet plan
Breakfast:
Cheerios(With Milk & Banana)
Iced Water

Snack:
(Fruit)
Iced Water

Lunch:
Sandwhich(Oscar Mayor Meat, Cheese, Lettuce!.)
Iced Water

Snack:
(String Cheese)
Iced Water


Dinner:
(Papa Cooks)
Iced Water

Snack:

not much- your diet has a high carb and fat content- although you will be nicely hydrated!. also its hard to say if I don't know how much you used to eat!. ie: I would pick up weight on this diet as its more food than I'm used to eating, but if this is less food than you normally eat then you should lose some weight on this diet!.!. although you need to include more fruit and veg!.!
