Stupid fitness question.!


Question: Stupid fitness question!.
Ok so I have been working on losing weight now for a while and have got some results but I am afraid I am working against myself heres why:

My workout schedule is pretty good!.

I go tues through sat for 1 hour a day before work, I do 20 minutes of cardio then 20 of weights and back to cardio for the rest of the hours!. Right after the gym I go to work where I walk as fast as passable for 3 - 4 hour stretches (I work as a busser at a really busy restaurant)

On my 2 days off sun - monday I go two times a day, once in the morning for an hour of mostly cardio and then again that night for 2 and a half hours of a mix of cardio and weight training!.

Not so much on the days I work but the two nights I'm off when I hit the gym really hard I come home around 11:00 pm, and I'm really really hungry!. So I eat a lot but its all ways really healthy [Chicken, brown rice, fruit, ect!.)


So heres the questions:

1!. Is eating a lot of healthy food a hour or two before bed going to screw me over!?

2!. Is there anything I can do to curb my hunger at night!?Www@Answer-Health@Com


Answers:
I know it's not good to eat right before going to bed!. I'm not sure why but your body stores the food and it becomes fat!. I think it's because your body is resting and therefore does not go right away to work on the food!. Eating nutrients tends to keep you awake!. You do need to replenish your body after you workout though!.

I think since you aren't even working that day you should go to the gym a little earlier and get home sooner!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you have to eat an hour or 2 before bed make it something liek 1/2 cup cottage cheese with a handful on raw nuts!.

Plus if your sticking to that workout routine, sooner or later you need to switch it up because your body will get use to the workout and not show results anymore!.

you are hungry because you are really active! when I gymed I ate like a man! If you are hungry then eat (as long as is quality healthy food)
hunger is never a bad thing- eating junk food is!.!.!. your body will use up alll the calories- don't worry :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
