Question: Help me lose weight!?
Yes I am 6'2'' and I weight probably around 320lbs, most scales don't go over 300 so I'm estimating I'm there!. I have tried many times to lose weight, I've even lost around 30 lbs before!. I am only 17, I am not super active, but I take Tae Kwon Do, and stretch and punch the bag few times a week!. Any help and ideas that can help me lose weight!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

It takes a deficit of 3500 calories to lose one pound of fat!. If you cute 500 calories out of your diet (stop drinking soda, stop eating fast food, etc!.) and also burn 500 calories a day, you could lose up to 2 lbs a week or more depending on your weight!. ~ Set the timer for 3 minutes and do 3 minutes of continuous situps!.
~ Set the timer for 3 minutes and do 3 minutes of continuous pushups!.
~ Set the timer for 4 minutes and dance like crazy to your favorite song!.

Repeat the circut until you have reached 60 minutes of working out!. You can do this while you watch tv, a movie, in your room, living room, etc!. Rearrange the circuts for your specific needs, add more situps/pushups or add more cardio!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
