How do I loose weight when I'm constantly active?!


Question: How do I loose weight when I'm constantly active!?
Hey there, I dance at least 16 hours a week (I'm very serious about it) and also play field hockey!. Therefore I'm constantly exercising!. I weigh around 124 lbs , which I know your all going your not over weight at all! I know that but I would just like to loose 4 pounds!.This way I can look good in the dance world!.Please don't judge me , just help! Www@Answer-Health@Com

4 pounds does not make that much of a difference, but since you are so active, i'm assuming the problem is your diet!. try to only drink water (about 8 glasses a day) and eliminate sweets, fast food, fatty red meats, fried foods, white bread (only eat whole grains), and make sure you are eating enough veggies and fruits and protein!.

also, try to not focus on your weight so much as your measurements because usually when people begin to lose weight, they can see the difference, but the scale doesn't change because they have gained muscle, which is more dense!. so, instead of weighing yourself, measure you waist and legs and other parts of your body to see if they are going down in size
