For Biceps do tons of bicep curls

For triceps do tons of push ups

for calves start sprinting from one side of football feild to other

TAKE WHEY PROTEIN BEFORE AND AFTER WORKOUT

TAKE CREATINE FOR 12 weeks

TAKE NITRIC OXIDE FOR 5 months

eating 6 times per day, once every 3 hrs!.!. every meal containing lots of protein!

For one or two of those meals try a protein supp (probably a wpi!.) Thats the best form of protein u can get!.
U hav to stick at it tho, it takes time!!

do weights training on alternate days (rest one day in between for muscle recovery!.)
