Question: Good ab exercises for a teenage girl
I am almost 18 years old!.!.and i would really like to flatten my abs more!. I am not overweight!.!.but i would definitely like flatter abs!.!.!. I don't want really muscular abs or anything!.!. just flat so i'm still in shape!.!.just not looking like a bodybuilder or whatever lol!.!.!. if you guys know what i mean!.!.

my basketball coach taught me this one that works really well for me!. first you lay flat on the ground, raise your feet in the air about 6 inches (no more than 8) and keep your arms at your side like right next to your butt!. try to keep your back on the ground!. hold it for 30 seconds at a time you deffinetly feel it!. once that becomes easier then put your arms flat on the ground above your head!. i do this 5 minutes with other ab exercises also like crunches!. well good luck hope i helped!Www@Answer-Health@Com

hum you could do flutter kicks lay on your back with your arms underneath your body lift your legs up about six inches off the ground and alternate between lifting up our right and left leg!. goood luckWww@Answer-Health@Com
