Question: Diets or weight watcher, for 11 year olds!?
I am 11 and I am a little overweight, I am 88 pounds, its not fat, well most of it is muscle, but is there some way that I can just eat healthier, no more sodas that much, any help!?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

u r not overweight!. 90 and a little over that is the most normal for a 11 year old!. I know because i am 11 too and am 92 pounds!. I don't look fat and my arms have a muscle line from swimming!. If u at least want to eat healthier, just don't eat junk food too often and if you really think that u need sweets in ur life, allow yourself to eat only one sweet thing a day and don't eat soda!. If u don't want to get fat, let ur food digest and walk, not run a little!. Walking helps u lose weight more!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
