Is this a good/fast way to lose weight?!


Question: Is this a good/fast way to lose weight!?
I'm a little overweight, but no obese!. and i would like to lose weight before school starts soon!.!.!.!.I'm going to give up junk food completely forever!. And the only thing i've been having recently is 2-3 bowls of Rice Krispy cereal with Strawberrys per day!. & sometimes i'll treat myself to a slice of pizza or ice cream once a week!.

I had great results cutting carbs!. I just ate healthy - no flour, no sugar, and kept my carbs to less than 20 per day!. The body will not have to burn through tons of carbs and so it attacks the fat!. The first two weeks I ate plain fish (I added a little margarine and seasoning to thawed Tilapia and nuked it), turkey, chicken, beef, cheese (string mozzarella which is 1 carb per stick - I had up to 4 per day), Romaine lettuce salads (no croutons!), and plain veggies!. When I made salads I used Romaine lettuce, a little shredded cheddar, chopped mushrooms, and very low carb Italian dressing (small amount)!. Do not eat fruit or nuts the first two weeks!. You can add those in the 3rd week and then gradually add more carbs (like 5 a week) and see if you are maintaining your weight!. You are also eating HEALTHY!. Add in a few hours of exercise each week!. If you can do the elliptical or treadmill at least a half hour per day or every other day, or just take walks that helps a lot!.
Watch the veggies - some are high in carbs, like carrots!. You can search carb content online!.
I also had organic vegetable broth that was low in carbs (there are boxes @ most grocery stores in the regular soup aisle)!.
Stay away from potatoes for the diet!
If you like pickles they are a good "filler"!.
It's hard to cut carbs but if you really want to lose the weight you get used to the GOOD food!.
Make sure you are getting to a healthy appropriate weight for your height and body type!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Only eating cereal is not healthy and isn't a good way to lose weight!. You need protein (like chicken or fish), vegetables, fruit, and fiber (like from wheat bread)!. You can eat pretty normally, just replace junk food snacks with fruit or yogurt, don't eat fast food or food that is greasy or high in fat or sugar, and don't eat large portions!. Cut your normal portions in half, and you'll lose weight quickly!.

Having pizza or ice cream from time to time is okay as long as you eat right most of the time and exercise at least 3 times a week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
