Tiny little yellow plums have 37 calories????!


Question: Tiny little yellow plums have 37 calories!?!?!?!?
That can't be right or can it!? They're smaller than strawberries! I just had 10 of them!!!!

Stupid question but does this actually count towards my daily caloric intake the same way!? Although it has no fat!?

I'm trying to be on a 1500 calorie regimen!.!.!. am I still ok for today!?

when i diet i never count fruit and veg unless very high values like potatoes and avacado's i think your being for to extreme!.!. even if you count roughly going over by 10calories isn't gonna hinder your weight lossWww@Answer-Health@Com
