My body shape depresses me?!


Question: My body shape depresses me!?
My stomach is big, sometimes I feel like I look pregnant!. My legs are great, they have mucsle and are shaped really sexy!. My breasts are huge, and my stupid butt is flat at the top but becomes normal and nice at the middle down!. Clothes don't want to fit me and I am losing weight by dieting and exercising but I fear it wont help with my stomach because it doesn't seem to be getting any better!.
What are some exercises that I could do to help with my problem areas (butt and stomach)!? Thanks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Great question!

The following exercise may help you a lot:

In bed upon your back with nothing over you but a thin sheet, fix your eyes and attention upon your abdomen-stomach!. Now start a movement of its muscles, any kind of movement possible at first!. See if you can bring the contents of the abdomen upwards, then force them downwards!. If so, wiggle your insides; then toss them in one direction, then in another, then from side to side!.

When you discover you can control them in one direction, practice that set of muscles!. Then try to get the muscles to twist and turn another way!. The point to reach is that of controlling them in the same way you do those of the arm or leg!. WILL the stomach muscles to do your bidding!. Of course it can be done and must be done if you want a useful diaphragm, if you want to breathe for beauty and health!.

Keep up this stomach exercise throughout your life!. Naturally, as in any other form of muscular development, when it has reached commanding power only slight exercises are necessary!. Obviously, for you this form of muscular development of the abdomen is of greater importance than for the ordinary man!. After maternity the muscles keep you in good shape, during the child-bearing intervals they not only act as a protective armor but increase the amount of that oxygenized blood so necessary for the well-being of you and your child!.


In addition to that, practicing yoga exercises is very nice for you!.

> They do not entail much loss of time and can be practiced at any hour of the day, three hours after the last meal!. The most suitable time is the early morning and the next best is just before retiring!.

Wow, we have like the exact same body shape i have never seen anything like it! I am working on making my stomach flatter as well I once had a little boy come up and ask if i was prego!. HAH! But my boyfriends is a diabetic and knows ALOT about helth and food and that crap haha and he is helping me and its not calories you have to worry about its the carbs, try and lower how many carbs you intake!. Its really hard as i said im working on it right now!. But good luck!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
